Floral arrangement was beautiful. I ordered these on behalf of my dad as a Valentine's gift for my mother. Selection and checkout process was great. The only complaint I have is about the deliver. It may have been my error. The flowers were delivered to my office instead of my parent's home. Fortunately, the deliver driver was accommodating and the correct deliver address was less than 5 minutes away. You may want to look into this issue. Great work!

My order was beautiful. And was an appreciative gift for my wife’s birthday that she loved. I have a Ring doorbell and although no one was home I asked the delivery person to do me a solid and set the arrangement inside my garage in order for the flowers to not wilt or freeze due to temperature outside. He obliged my request and I was thankful. Y’all run an excellent business ❣️

It is always so scary ordering flowers for someone over the phone, you are never sure what you will get. I needed flowers sent to a hospitalized friend. I called Waterman's because they were close to the hospital. I explained what I was looking for and the dollar amount I was looking to spend, and that was it. The next day I received a thank you call from the recipient telling me they were the most amazing flowers that he has ever seen, and that they really cheered him up! That is exactly what I was looking for! Waterman's did a perfect job and I will definitely be a return customer.
