    I sent an email regarding items I paid for that were not delivered and I have not received any response back. I’ve called with no luck. Order wasn’t delivered to my wife before she left for work at 5 but I understand being busy on Valentines and not upset about that but charging me for a balloon and Teddy Bear that weren’t delivered then not responding to my refund request for those items have ensured I won’t use J Robinson’s services in the future
