Parma Flower Shop has again exceeded my expectations! Called mid afternoon with a request for that afternoon. I was able to pick up a gorgeous arrangement a few hours later. Flowers were fresh and lovely. The colors were spectacular. I left very happy. I was happy until I had a mishap in the car and smashed one side of the arrangement. I went back to the shop willing to pay extra for replacements - I was very surprised when the whole arrangement was fixed up and looked better than new and I was told ‘No Charge’. Such service & wonderful people. This is the ONLY florist for me!
