Great communication and kept me up with the status of delivery without being asked, which I loved. The only thing that I think could have made it better was a photo of the finished product, I never got to see what we sent because I sent it for work, so I can't attest to what it looked like. Other than that, super easy to make the delivery happen.

When I placed the order I received a call from the flower shop stating they were not able to fulfill the order due to not having most the flowers or wreathe required in stock. I thought it was rude when the employee advised if I had ordered earlier in the week I could have avoided the issue. I can't plan a person's death, it's the flower shop's responsibility to always be prepared to create what they advertise. In the end the employee promised a beautiful equivalent & the recipient was pleased so all is well.
