Bloomshop was not only the only store open for mother’s day (that blows my mind), but they also went above & beyond with their service and product. I am a very picky graphic designer by trade and I couldn’t find quite what I wanted - the young girl I spoke with was very accommodating and even went to a competitors website for me to address my needs.     Bloomshop is my go-to florist for all occasions. Most of my deliveries are to my home address where my wife is taking care of our granddaughter. My wife requires a walker to get around, so she takes a bit to answer the door. The Bloomshop delivery folks are always polite and ver accommodating.     The Bloomshop provided great long distance customer service. An out of state vendor who delivered a funeral bundle provided a less than desirable product. I contacted the Bloomshop staff and they had the situation resolved within 24 hours. Considering it was three states away, this staff went out of their way to provide me and my family the best customer service and product available. I don't think twice when shopping for flowers anymore. My friends and I only buy from the Bloomshop!
