The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 is because the online ordering system did not notify me you were out of Godiva chocolates and provide a substitute. It had to be done over the phone. Plus I ordered 2 items that came to you as 2 separate orders instead of 1. Customer service was excellent!

I sent the exotic flower arrangement to my sister in Tampa for her 65th birthday. It was absolutely GORGEOUS!! The lilies, birds of paradise, the ginger all the colours were divine. After having the recipient send me a photo of the arrangement, I was happy to see the gorgeous hydrangeas. But, the love life bouquet online features peach gerber daisies & full pink roses. There were more carnations and Peruvian lilies that I expected based on the photo. I understand that certain species are probably limited, but I would liked a bit more of the warm, vibrant color that compelled me to order. Overall I’m happy with the ease of ordering, the hand-written card, beautiful vase and timeliness of delivery.

Milton did such an incredible job for my wedding. We had a last minute change to our wedding date and even though he was already booked for that morning he figured out a way to make it happen and produced the most beautiful floral arrangements as well as bouquets. Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday to be delivered to her office the next day. I found out she wouldn't be in her office that day, so I called right away (around 12pm) and asked if they could send her the flowers today instead. They took care of it! Flowers came and look pretty good! Also got balloons, which turned out to be yellow smiley faces (went nicely with the yellow flowers.) Thanks guys!
