Michael’s Heritage Florist is the ONLY florist I use in the Kansas City area. The customer service is top notch. The flowers are impeccable. I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality and care I’ve received shopping with Michael’s Heritage Florist.

The flowers I had sent were beautiful. My sister sent me a picture when she received it and almost 2 weeks later she sent me anew picture and they were still so pretty. I will definitely order again from you and my sister is spreading the word about your business.
