    We're glad we could do it so fast. It's not always possible to have such a quick turnaround, especially when the order is placed after our cutoff for same-day delivery, but since it was for sympathy and on a Saturday and therefore would otherwise have to wait until Monday, we made the extra effort to get it done that day.     If you're comparing our fees to those of online "florists", yes, we charge more than those crooks promise, but we have many customers who have tried getting flowers through them and tell us they will NEVER go through them again because they got poor quality, or nothing and had to jump through hoops to get a refund, or flat out ripped off. If you call around to other REPUTABLE florists, you will find our fees are comparable. Thank you for the good review.

    We don't leave flower arrangements or plants outside at people's homes unless either the sender or recipient specifically tells us to, because exposure to the outside temperature and elements can be so harmful to them (as well as the possibility, however remote, of theft). So some deliveries require persistence, as you said. But that's what we'll do to ensure no one receives frostbitten or heat-wilted flowers from us. Thank you for your appreciation.

We're sorry we didn't check with you to see if you really meant your message to read that way, but Mother's Day weekend is too busy for us to second-guess the messages that our customers send to us.     The floral arrangement that was delivered at Christmas was delivered absolutely beautiful and the recipient loved the arrangement with the all the beautiful flowers. The flowers came in a very nice basket, which the recipient loved as well. The floral arrangement was delivered early due to a pending storm that day, so I was grateful to know the flowers were still able to be delivered on time and safely.     I wasn't home when they first tried to deliver but they called & left a message. When I returned the call, I was told that they would be out within a specific time-frame and they were! They lady who dropped them off gave me good instructions about caring for them and said they should last quite awhile if I did those things. She was right. Very nice people, punctual, professional.     This was absolutely the best customer service experience ever! My mother is currently working in Lansing this week, and my father wanted to send her flowers for their anniversary. A friend of mine in Lansing recommended Jon Anthony to us. They worked over the phone with me to design a last minute arrangement to be delivered. Also, after an unsuccessful delivery attempt that was absolutely my fault, they managed to deliver to a new address on the same day! I love this play and would recommend them to anyone!

    I had a confirmation on my end but it wasn't received at store. I call the morning of delivery and they said they would have here by noon and it was after 1:00 so the employee did receive before she left on a short vacation.

    The flower arrangement was very nice. The delivery was done well, in that they refused to leave the flowers in the cold. The only issue that I had was that the flowers were delivered before I requested. I specified to have them delivered on my anniversary (Monday), and they were delivered the Friday before (the day I placed my order).

    It would be nice if you offered more plant options online. Many people feel that cut flowers are so temporary and it's a much more enduring gift when permanent (i.e. potted) plants are gifted.

    I ordered flowers from a long distance not knowing who to go to in the area. I leveraged Jon Anthony's online service. They immediately called me to let me know the plant selected was not available, but they had another option which was "beautiful". I received a picture of the flowering plan from someone at the event and it was wonderful! Customer service was great, communication was immediate and helpful and the finished product was wonderful.     I placed my order online on March 19 to have a surprise delivery for my mom on March 20. The delivery never came. I called a couple of days later and the lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name!) was awesome with working with me and got the bouquet delivered that same day. Although it was a bummer I couldn’t surprise my mom, the issue was resolved quickly and I appreciated that. I may just be ordering over the phone next time!

    Easy process ordering flowers. I ordered the flowers online, it would help the delivery person if you had a spot to choose between residential or business for delivery.

    I ordered a Pink Explosion bouquet for Valentines’ Day but a bouquet of pink roses was delivered instead. The correct card was with it so not a delivery mix up. Still pretty, but not right.

    This was the first time I ordered from this establishment. I am totally happy with the delivery that was sent to my cousin. I had placed an order at 2:15 pm on 2/13/18, and it was delivered by 5:00 pm. My cousin was thrilled! She sent me a photo of the flowers, and they were BEAUTIFUL!     Delivery was not on time. Person I spoke with on the phone said they tried calling to let me know that they couldn’t find the location the flowers were being delivered too. I never received a phone call. Disappointed and I will not be ordering from here again.

    Well not very happy, ordered flowers for a friend who was having a really bad day and it said it would be delivered that day. Then like4anf half hours got a call they couldn't do it that day. I asked them to do a different arrangement so that she could get it that day and they said they would then a little before close they said they couldnt. And at first they said they called her to tell her why wouldnt they call me who ordered them first. Not real happy!

    Well, this was pure human error on our part - somehow the designer did not understand that you would rather have some arrangement delivered that day, even if it wasn't what you ordered in the first place.     The delivery woman called because there were two different addresses on the order and she wanted to make sure which one was right. It was 4:50 pm and I didn't know if there was time to deliver to my boss before the end of business. The delivery woman called me at 5:10 pm just to let me know she made the delivery and my boss was very happy with the plant. That was so very thoughtful of the delivery person to do that and I greatly appreciated it. Thank you for an excellent product and even better service!

    What was delivered to my grandpa in the hospital was 3/6 items from the online gallery. No flowers just green plants and no small bird accessory in the planter as described. Called them prior to it going out to confirm the bird because that is why I ordered it since he loves birds. Called and was promised a refund to which I never received follow up or refund receipt. Best to go somewhere else for flowers if you are ordering for delivery - you can see what you are paying for.

    The bouquet you delivered was beautiful. However, I selected the bouquet pictured because of all the blue, purple, & pink flowers in it. The bouquet you delivered contained red, white, & yellow flowers. So, my mom was happy but I was not. I know you have to substitute flowers but I wish you would maintain the color palette selected in the order.
