In regards to the service fee, the fees are clearly listed at checkout and it gives you the option to cancel the order at the time of the review of the charges. It is a convenience fee for ordering online. In the future you can avoid that fee by calling us directly and ordering with one of my staff over the phone. It will also help you be able to discuss specifics such as colors desired in your order. Thanks for your business.

    The flowers were so beautiful and very fresh. I’ve preserved and extended the arrangement by placing it in the refrigerator for a few hrs when it starts to look a little wilty.     My experience was fine. The bouquet that I ordered online over a week prior to pick up was not as expected however I was informed that “upgrades” had been made for being short on the correct supplies. This was satisfying to know. I was slightly disappointed in the life length of the flowers, the roses were wide open on the first day and therefore the life of the roses lasted only a few days before wilting. Otherwise the arrangement was beautiful and the customer service experience at pick up was pleasant.

    Flowers were delivered and were amazing. Would recommend describing the pricing differences for certain arrangements. Had to call and get clarification and the lady who answered the desk was very helpful and friendly. Will order from here in the future and would recommend others to do the same.
