    The arrangement you ordered is in a vase and we did put it in a vase. The arrangement is shown in the picture as a one sided arrangement be we make pretty much all vase arrangements all the way arround as it was going to a home and will be set on a table seen from all sides that being said we do all more flowers than pictured to fill in. If we make flat one sided most customers would complain that they were cheated out of flowers. Thank you

    This florist is hands down the BEST I've ever ordered from for so many reasons. They accommodated a last minute delivery in under the 24 hour window. Their online ordering process is very easy and to top it all off, the florals looked even better than the picture on their website.     In response to your comment you requested a 12pm pick up it was ready at that time or before and sorry about the water we had it in a delivery box with waxed tissue that should have held any water it was a clear vase just water if kept upright.

    I had the largest arrangement in this selection sent to my mom in the hospital and it was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as pictured, just bigger for the size I chose. She loved them and so did the entire staff on her floor. She said all the nurses kept gushing about them. I was able to see them in person a week later when she returned home and they were still going strong. Wilted a bit by then, but still lovely. The stained glass vase is also beautiful. Love that she can reuse that going forward. Very happy with the value and will use this florist again.

    We try to duplicate the arrangement as close as possible sometimes filler needs to be changed if out of stock or season but we always make to value paid. We are working to change some of the items on our website with more of our own pictures but its not to hard to mess up roses arranged in a vase with filler.

    Placing an order for delivery so far away can be worrisome especially if it’s something as delicate as a sympathy order. I am a native Floridian but moved to Alaska about 5 years ago.     Great looking arrangement and timely delivery. Flowers only lasted 2 days and could not be watered! Ridiculous that the recipient couldn't water and keep the flowers longer. Use of green Styrofoam should be discontinued.

    Sending flowers from a distance can be difficult. I chose Enchantments based on their website. I was not disappointed. My daughter was not home when they were delivered, so, they called her and when she was unavailable called me to see how to proceed. We decided on leaving them in a shaded porch area.
