    I called last minute for a gift basket to be delivered for my husband's birthday, they delivered same day a perfect gift basket for my husband with just a few ideas of what he liked. I will be buying all my flowers and gift baskets from them for now on. Customer service and communication was spot on.

    Ordered flowers from Indiana to be delivered to 2 family members for Christmas. Never received delivery confirmation. Called store, left message, never got a call back. Had to ask my family if they received them. One was a great delivery. The other was placed on a fence post at end of my aunt's driveway and sat in a light rain overnight. The delivery person did not call my aunt to ask about where to deliver or to let her know it was delivered. She was able to salvage the flowers the next morning fortunately. The flowers looked great - communication/delivery could improve imo.
