The florist did an excellent job of fulfilling my flower order. They went above and beyond by replacing an arrangement that was misplaced by the hospital free of charge even though it was not their error. Now that is customer service and very rare to find that level of excellence these days. I would highly recommend this business and will use them in the future for any floral needs.
