Amber is a very talented designer. I described the look I was going for, and she read my mind to create a life-like silk arrangement that was both beautiful and reasonably priced. After living with it in my home for a couple of days (as she had suggested) I asked her to tweak it a bit. She did so willingly and without a redesign fee. Customer Service at its best!
