    Amazing customer service! I was sorting out an issue where my order didn’t get delivered to the room of a hospital, the owner told me how important it is to her to get flowers to patients in hospitals. This is a company who cares about the person placing the order AND the one who is receiving the gift.     The lovely lady at Country Florist went above and beyond to deliver a sympathy arrangement after a death in the family. I provided her an incorrect address, sent her delivery person to the wrong town! She worked with me to get the correct address, then delivered the flowers to the correct address to a town in the OPPOSITE direction from where the driver had gone. She was kind. She was considerate. I realized my mistake at 9:15 and called to retract the delivery time but it had already been delivered.     The people at Country Florist went well above and beyond my expectations! I needed flowers delivered to my sister at work for her 50th birthday, but I wasn't sure which work location she would be at. Country Florists called her work and tracked her down to arrange a flawless delivery. I ordered from out of town, and they texted me a picture of the final arrangement to show me how beautiful the flowers looked. I will definitely use them for all my future floral needs.
