    There was a mishap with the florist and unfortunately on my dear friends wedding day. The mistake could not be corrected in time for the ceremony but Wendy did send brides bouquet and grooms boutonniere to reception along with a gift from Wendy and sincere apologies along with total refund of money’s spent. Why a 5 star review? It was a mistake and these things happen. She more than made up for the mistake it’s just sad it was the brides bouquet. Thank you Wendy for still making everyone feel special.

Wendy's will always be the company I use to send arrangements to my family. Their delivery is outstanding. I have always gotten more than I paid for. She adds beautiful touches to each arrangement. And even sends me a picture of the final arrangement before it's delivered so I know what I'm paying for. You can't get better service than what you get at Wendy's.

    I wanted to send some flowers to my aunt who lives in St Clair. I live 500 miles away so I did a search for florist in Saint Clair. So I called Wendy's St Clair greenhouses and florist. I have to say it was one of the most wonderful phone calls I made that day! Wendy really wanted to make a special bouquet for my aunt, and I was very happy to talk to her about it.     I forgot my mom's birthday. I work in Kentucky my mom is in Michigan. I called 20 minutes before the shop was closing and she still managed to create a beautiful living basket and deliver it that evening.     I found Wendy in an internet search as I live in Toronto, Ontario and wanted to send a bouquet to a friend in hospital in St. Clair. I couldn't have found a more helpful, caring person! Wendy customized this bouquet and when my friend received them she was thrilled and told me that people were coming into her hospital room to admire them! I would highly recommend Wendy's Florist.

    I ordered three blooming rose bushes to be sent to a Funeral home 25 miles away from St. Clair. I talked to Wendy and she was the most helpful sales person I have ever worked with. Her help with ideas were great and then she even sent a picture of the finished bushes before they were sent to the Funeral Home in Lexington. They were beautiful and I had rave reviews from the family who would be planting them in their yards in honor of their mother who loved roses.     A close friend passed in Michigan and because I reside in Florida, I just went to the Internet and looked for florists in Marysville area. Not really knowing what to expect, I certainly lucked out when I called Wendy's...she returned my phone message on Sunday and delivered the most beautiful arrangement, I have seen in a long time!     Thank you for posting these fobecaok pages of the wire services. As a florist for the past 39 years, I am embarrassed to be a member of Teleflora and will be canceling my membership. I have felt for the past few years that the wire services are a detriment to the integrity of the flower business by their promises to deliver the world .same day delivery no second choices and all for 29.99.Their frenzy to capture as many orders as possible without letting the customers know the limitations of the florists is the epitomy of greed. They undersell the product, over promise the expectations of the customer, and set the florist up for failure. It is time for florists to develop their own websites and educate the public to use a search engine to find flowers delivered in and urge them to talk directly to the local florist in the town where they want the flowers delivered. Wire services are no longer needed in the age of free long distance and the internet.

    I recently bought a Christmas poinsettia from Wendy for a very reasonable price. Not only did I receive the poinsettia itself, but she spruced it up with pine tree boughs, tissue paper, and a ribbon. It was very beautiful, and worth much more that what I paid.     I ordered flowers by means of internet service for my Aunt one day. The flowers arrived and my aunt was so pleased and said they were the most beautiful arrangement she has ever seen. My aunt said whatever I paid for them it was surely worth it. I called the florist to tell them how pleased she was with the florist and the actual flowers she received. I spoke with Wendy myself and we had a very nice conversation. Wendy told me that she always puts more flowers in her arrangements then what see on the internet and the actual arrangement was worth doubled what I actaully paid. I even asked for a a special favor of them. To add an unusual item in the arrangement and let me tell you. I was truely surprised when they did add this item in the arrangement. My only regret is that Wendy sent me a picture of the arrangement to my cell phone so I could see how beautiful it was myself. Well I guess my phone doesn't allow me to view pictutes, so, I was unable to actually see the finished arrangement. That is ok through, as long as it made my Aunts eyes light up to let her know she is loved very much and to be able to cheer her for the day, that is all that really matters. I would 1,000% recommand Wendy's arrangements and their florist to. In the future I will only use St Clair Greenhouses and Florist for all my flower needs.
