    This birthday gift bouquet from a good friend was one of the most beautiful and long-lasting arrangements I've ever received. Really gorgeous! Was confused though, because my friend's name wasn't added to the little card in the bouquet, so I didn't know who they were from. He did give his name to SP Panda Flowers when he placed the order but for some reason they didn't put his name on the card. When I called Panda Flowers to ask who the flowers were from, they said he said not to put his name on the card. That wasn't the case. Could just admit to an oversight. Otherwise, all good.

    Beautiful arrangement! Ordered a memorial bouquet in the morning and they were delivered that afternoon. The flowers were high quality and have lasted for over a week so far and are still as beautiful as the day ther were delivered. My only complaint is the $30 delivery charge as it seems pretty excessive. A reasonable priced bouquet at $85, but with a delivery fee of $30 it was almost $120. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

    the flowers were great and arrived as promised however our name was not on the attached card therefore the recipient did not realize they were from us. I needed to call the store to confirm the bouquet was delivered and I needed to call the recipient to see if they liked them.     The arrangement was beautiful, but the baby roses only lasted 2-3 days before I had to pull them out of the arrangement. They never opened & started drooping/losing petals quite quickly. The rest of the flowers (gerbera daisies, carnations, etc.) are still beautiful though.

We do get the spray roses fresh every week and we did check the entire bunch of flowers, which were perfectly fine. Sorry that the spray rose that reached you shed petals sooner than expected. Sometimes if the rose stem does not get a proper cut with the shear or sharp knife, the stem stops drinking water. That may be one possibility of the flower living short.     I have a comment about the 'Star Gazer Lilies'....they are my favorite flower because they are beautiful but one draw back when receiving them in an arrangement is the fragrance. The smell is extremely strong and powerful. The smell was throughout my two story house. After a short while I wanted to through out the lilies but didn't because they are beautiful. Today was the second week and was able to through them out. There were only two of them in the arrangement but wow very over powering.

    2 years ago in November I received a basket of plants from my niece. ( my mom passed away) I really liked the basket and ordered 2 more for the service. I was very pleased with Panda. My son ordered me a bouquet of flowers for Mothers Day. The bouquet is beautiful and the delivery was quick once I called them to confirm being home. The only small complaint was that their was too many Lillies and the scent was very strong. I will definitely tell people to consider Panda Flowers when ordering flowers. Thank you Norma Deleeuw

    The fellow who delivered the plant first left the wrong plant. When we opened the card, which is still here, it says, Don and Stella. We did not know who this was and were trying to contact people to find out who it might be. The Orchid plant is absolutely beautiful! Just beautiful. But to be honest, we did not know who gave it to us. The names should have been, Dan and Sheila. I can see someone looking very quickly at these two names and getting them mixed up. We have friends named Tom and Stella and thought it was them and actually contacted them for confirmation. Thank you.

The only suggestion I would have is that the form you fill out on the website be MORE clear where you enter who the flowers are coming from. I finished up without realizing I hadn't actually entered our names so flowers were delivered without information on who they were coming from.
