This week I received a bouquet that was absolutely gorgeous from my family. One of the flowers featured in the arrangement was not one of my favorites. I tried to love it, but couldn’t. I called enchanted forest and they were so accommodating, willing to switch the flowers. But my limited post surgery movement was an issue, so they went over and above and replaced the arrangement for me. It really was a bright point in a very difficult day. Website is not good way to order. I asked for delivery on 4/15 and flowers came 3/30. Some flowers were already looking dead Ty, like they got too cold. Very disappointed. They did well last June but this time is a big waste of my money. I’m particularly upset at the website order system. I don’t want these flowers today. They were wanted for Easter.

When I started looking at websites for a Sympathy arrangement, most florists had the exact same arrangements. Enchanted Florist's flowers, however, were unique. The first thing our friend said at her father's funeral service, "The flowers are beautiful." A week later she texted a photo with the caption, "Still enjoying your flowers." However, later in the evening after the shop had closed (on a Friday before 4th of July I might add) they reached my client and the designer hand delivered the flowers so that my client had them on the intended delivery date.
