I'm sorry the flowers weren't what you expected... when we state " designers Choice" this allows the designer to pick the freshest, nicest flowers in stock and create an original design. We do have a "special instruction" area so next time you order you can request a color combination and we'll be happy to accommodate to the best of our ability with the stock we have on hand...

    I don't know where the confusion occurred, I called Chris personally and arranged the delivery for Friday afternoon, March 18th, as requested.     This was the second time,in just a few weeks, that I've needed to send a tribute to a relatives' funeral and I found the ordering procedure very easy, pricing was clear and a conformation of the order was received promptly. The tribute was delivered to the funeral home on time and I'm told that it was a nice display.
