    I ordered flowers online from Victoria BC for my daughter-in-law & apparently there was an issue with my credit card due to a perceived fraudulent charge from my ban. Even though the transaction was unsuccessful, the good folks @ Marietta’s sent the flowers anyway confident they could reach me & that I would settle the issue. I was blown away by their EXCELLENT customer service! The floral arrangement was lovely!

    I’m giving them five stars because they did everything they could to correct an unfortunate situation that was out of their control. My father is in Country Village Homes and I sent him a Christmas arrangement. Unfortunately all of the pretty ornaments were removed by the home’s staff before he got it, making it barely recognizable to what I had purchased. I followed up with Mariettas who was extremely helpful. The arrangement was made according to the picture but sadly did not arrive to my dad that way.
