    After finding out I couldn’t have arrangement I picked due to being out of certain flowers this florist did a phenomenal job substituting with a different type flower. There has been multiple times where I have been unable to stop in. I can call them and they are always so helpful and no matter what I need, they succeed!     Flowers were beautiful but accompanying balloon was half deflated. The delivery person pretended not to notice as she kept trying to lift the balloon back into the air.

    We are extremely sorry about the issue with the balloon. Sometimes temperature flocculation can cause those types of issues with Mylar balloons.     The moon lit walk T263-3 flower that was delivered to us are not like what we see in the pictures. There are no roses as displayed in the pictures. We were expected high since it is expensive. Delivered on time though.

    Everything was beautiful. Mom loved them, but was surprised when she tried to add water.. the stems were all stuck in some kind of florist blocks??? They only lasted about 2-3 days.

    I'm glad your flowers lasted the week but believe if recipient added fresh water and a fresh cut after a few days the flowers would have lasted longer, we try to send care tags to inform people so they find flowers don't die in a couple of days with proper care.
