    After finding out I couldn’t have arrangement I picked due to being out of certain flowers this florist did a phenomenal job substituting with a different type flower.     Flowers were beautiful but accompanying balloon was half deflated. The delivery person pretended not to notice as she kept trying to lift the balloon back into the air.

    We are extremely sorry about the issue with the balloon. Sometimes temperature flocculation can cause those types of issues with Mylar balloons.     Everything was beautiful. Mom loved them, but was surprised when she tried to add water.. the stems were all stuck in some kind of florist blocks??? They only lasted about 2-3 days.
