    Hi David, We received your order at 12:42 on May 5th. With it being so close to Mother's Day, we had several orders in front of yours and could not get it delivered by the end of the day. We attempt to fill the orders as they come in as quickly as we can however I only have myself and one other designer. Our website does have a disclaimer regarding same day deliveries, especially close to holidays. Sorry that we couldn't get them out on the day you ordered. Hope this clarifies why.

    I was disappointed that the arrangement I ordered was not what I wanted. I received AFTER the order was fulfilled, that the plant ordered was not in stock, and so a substitution was used. I would have rather been called to find an appropriate substitution.

    The photos shown on this web-site do not always reflect what we have in stock or have access to. The supply chain for all florists has been greatly disrupted due to the Corona Virus. Access to flowers and plants was extremely limited at the time of this particular order. I usually will call and discuss changes with the customer or leave a message when I can't reach them. I apologize if you did not receive a message call. The FSN site does have a disclaimer statement on it, however I usually contact the customer directly to discuss changes. Again, I apologize.

    Just to address the "way overpriced" concern, the arrangement that you ordered had many of the more expense flowers including stargazer lilies and hydrangeas. Another factor to consider is that it costs much more for us to get flowers, train costs, extra packing and heat packs, etc. Keep in mind also that you can use our site as a reference and are welcome to call us to see if we can downsize or adjust the flower choices to accommodate your budget.
