I was disappointed in what was delivered to our friends in Illinois. Although I know you don't guarantee exactly what is pictured, the arrangement was nothing like the picture of "Simple Pleasures". It looked like a large centerpiece with two candles in the middle, more like "Thankgiving Feast" as pictured on your website! It was a beautiful arrangement, but not what I ordered. I believe the florist in Illinois would be more at fault than Bonnie Brae, as I have always been pleased with your high quality and service.
