The flowers that my wife received were not up to the quality of the flowers that we have received from Powell florist in the past. They were wilted and old looking and did not last 3 days. Delivery was a day late and they did not have what I purchased in stock, so I switched to something else of the same value. I was sent an email late that night notifying me of this. That being said, it was Mother's Day weekend and during the Coronavirus pandemic, so I understand these issues. I just wish I was told sooner so I wasn't waiting on a delivery that wasn't coming. Love the arrangement though, and they were very kind and apologetic.

It was different, a bit more contemporary which I knew my daughter would like. Other than that, the experience was good. I just wanted to say thank you to the lady that helped my sister and I out the other day with the wreath we ordered . They went above and beyond in making the wreath look perfect. It was so beautiful! Whenever we walked in and saw our grandfather we were very torn and upset. We looked over and saw the wreath and both our eyes got wide as we saw the Vols ribbon wrapped around and all the flowers and the wreath itself. It made us so happy.
