I paid 80$ for flowers to arrive to my grandma for her birthday on a Thursday. The flowers arrived on a Saturday. I received no notification that these flowers would get there three days after I asked them to be delivered. I was guaranteed the flowers there by Thursday and paid a good amount of money for them. Will Not use this company again.

We are glad they were well received when finally delivered! The holiday had given us a hiccup, we had closed early Thursday and that contributed to our issues. Again we apologize and thank you for bringing this to light so we can be much more careful in the future.

Beautiful arrangement. The only difficulty I had, my scissors would not cut through the stem of some of the flowers so that I could assure myself they were getting plenty of water three days after receiving. Thank you so very much. I loved the colors and the choice of flowers that created the arrangement. I would and do recommend True Colors to family and friends.

I was very disappointed when I saw the flower arrangement at the funeral home. Out of the whole bouquet only 1 lily was bloomed. It took several days for the rest to bloom. It would of been nice to have a full bloomed arrangement.

We're sorry you were disappointed. Those lilies were ordered specifically your arrangement. Lilies are susceptible to damage so they are shipped on the tight side. We do our best to open them with food, warm water and sunlight. We sincerely apologize our efforts were not successful. We recommend calling the store directly if possible, to discuss what we have that is open and beautiful. If you ever have any problems (hopefully not) please contact us immediately so we will may fix or replace the arrangement.

I have had flowers from True Colors for the past 7 years, and have always been very pleased with the flowers and with the staff. My wife and I had True Colors do the flowers for our wedding in 2012 and were very please with the service, quality and staff at True Colors. I gave specific instructions to not call the phone number I listed and email me instead because I am deployed to Afghanistan and wanted to surprise my wife. The instructions were followed exactly. The flowers were delivered on time and they were what I ordered. They also went above and beyond and added many more roses than I ordered. When my wife got them she said that she couldn't believe that I orders 6 dozen roses. Well I didn't, I order around a couple dozen. I told her that and she called the local store to ask them about it. They told her that they put extra in there and to thank me for me service. Best flower experience I have ever had. I look forward to working with True Colors again. I can't see myself using anyone else. Thank you so very much.
